Each episode shines a light on how awakening unfolds within the sacred rhythms of householder life—through relationship, work, family, and the evolving seasons of womanhood. We honor transitions like menopause and aging—what we call Regenopause—as portals to vitality, reinvention, and Shakti’s re-emergence.

This podcast is for spiritually awakening women—yoginis, seekers, teachers, and healers—who are navigating transitions and long to live with more purpose, spiritual depth, and embodied power. And while we center women’s experiences, men are welcome to listen and learn how to support the women they love on this path.
